Poor service

It's been 3rd week today since fnb promised to pay the money that was in the 32 days notice account, fnb doesn't care, they want something that doesn't exist from clients, I was given ds email address ***, to ask forensic report or letter to prove my Sim card was lost, I called ds lady, she doesn't know, I am being played here, and it's hurting😭💔
