poor service

I have a loan with fnb that was handed over to ismail and dahya incorporated, this company debited from my account, FNB cannot reverse or cancel the debit order,the attorneys are now saying the account is no longer with them, the debit went through and no one knows where the money went to.

I need the deduction stop and I need someone to help me
