Poor service

It been 4days going to FNB Mahikeng to get assistance with unblocking the banking app. Everyday when i get to the branch I'm told they are offline, no one is able to come with a solution but they say its a bank of solutions.Also the service rendered at the branch is poor Nd there is no sense of urgency.all im asking is get help with the unblocking of the app only
