POOR SERVICE

I bank with FNB and work the group I have never been so disappointed on how the FNB application mulfuntions and how we can log on most of the time.

I have escalated a particular product on my offers that keeps appearing, but cannot be taken up.

I even visited their branches, they contacted the department dealing with the product at mo avail.

This is really disappointing service from my bank.
