Poor service

I app**** for the covid 19 cash relief program. I have as successful. I submitted all my documents. The amount was loaded on my profile. I tried via the app to get hold of someone but everytime the response is that I must click on the tab that says covid 19. I want to cancel the application as the relief syatm is only applicable to fnb credit products. I do not need this then. I requested that someone phone me but to no success. I am ignored.
