poor service

There was a company that did a application under my name without my consent. i did get all thw documents and i was removed by FNB. my facilities are still blocked. i get transfered from pillar to post for over 3 weeks. this is putting a hold om my life. please sort this out asap. i get cut off constantly and the secure chat does not even work.
