Poor service

Spent more than fourty minutes with a consultant who initially was patient with assisting me making a payment as my profile kept on confirming that I have exceeded my daily limit. All of a sudden her tone changed and imagine 40 minutes later and you’re still not assisted. Mnxm FNB is no pleasure wherein they are no good 😭💔😥. Yhoooo this bank is pathetic 💔😥😭. Imagine if I was out of the country sies
