They taking forever to respond to cases and now my account is frozen don't have access to my money.

29 Jan 2024, 10:03FNB is still not attending to my matter now the guy called Alton Julius is sitting with the email that he must send to standard back to confirm my funds to standard banks, my account is still frozen. So annoying.
