Poor Service

I enquired and tried opening up 2 bank accounts for my kids as i bank with Fnb. I got a call and a whole lot of forms to fill in, both kids being under 18, i had to give a tax clearance and proof that they love with me and whatever else. The accounts are open and said i will receive acall shortly to arrange with a courier to deliver the cards. Its been more than 2 months now and have not heard a single thing from Fnb about these accounts. I think this is totally pathetic service
