Poor service

I requested a call back regarding my homeloan from the collections team, submitted my query via the app and was advised 24hour which was monday today is Thursday i still did not receive an email or call to acknowledge my request, i contacted them again and was told the request was received but nothing was done and that someone will call me and its pass 12pm Thursday and still have not received a call.
