Poor service

<p>Good evening I have contacted the fnb support a week ago regarding a loan I took out. I took out a temp. loan in the beginning of July and normally it gets deducted month end. When I took the loan out, I paid the loan back within a few days, I did a transfer the full amount so that It does not deduct month end. Month end came the temp loan went off, now i am behind with other payments. Someone has contacted me and said a refund is not possible. I then sent the proof that I settled the amount in the beginning of July and that it went off again month end and no assistance regarding a refund.</p>
