Poor Service
<p>Justin who claims to be a floor manager in the department that deals with the fnb cellphones calls me a couple weeks ago to say someone will collect the phone for an assessment and to date no call received!! Very poor service and no follow up call from Justin to confirm if I was contacted...</p>

Bongi promised to have my phone collected today but when I called the call centre they said it's not yet 17:00pm so someone will collect my phone today. Poor service because it's almost 17:00pm and no one called as yet. Even when I called into the call centre they told me no details of mine was picking up

I recently spoke to Tumeka who promised to call me back yesterday but no feedback. She also told me a manager by the name of Shane is dealing with my complaint. I was debited for a phone I don't have in my possession. This is ridiculous!!! Very poor service with no feedback on my complaint. Please can I have a director call me today
