I am still waiting on feedback this is actuly insulting i will get in contatct with the ombuds man and other Media platform as i think that i have been patient enough , i get calls to extend the covid cash flow but not calls to provide me with an update ..

Upon this reques i am now requesting a settle discount on this account for putting stress on me to follow up on a query raised in July
