POOR SERVICE

I wanted 90days bank statement this morning.The card could not allow me do it at atm .I spent almost over 2 hours without anyone able to help me.I left without being helped.I might be just one of your million clients but I do deserve a better treatment. It might be the moment to consider my association with you.
