Poor service

I have visited the Pretoria North branch. my card was cancelled due to ***** on my account I have seen a consultant at the bank because of the ***** the person using my details tried taking money of my account 23 times and the transactions declined and the R8.50 service Fee was supposed to be reversed and I had to go to a different branch just to find out nothing has been requested.

I am waiting for my money and then I am moving banks this Is not the first issue I am exercising. I Am already decided witch bank I am going to use next
