Poor Service

I have not been able to purchase electricity since December, been wasting my time and energy calling them, they sent me the last email saying they have cleared the issue, but they have not, very incoviniencing having to wake up and go to the garage to get cash and buy electricity whereas you have money and the banking app, feels like Im living in the 90s😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
