Poor Service

if there was a minus star rating I would choose that one...

FNB has been my bank forever but off late I have been receiving poor service none stop.

I have been waiting online and on hold for the past 50 minutes prior to 1hr waiting for a consultant when I called in. They have an option of consultant to call back but...that voicemail cant take any more messages....why have service option that you cant deliver.

Every month since September 3rd, been receiving sms that my bond debit order has been rejected whereas someone didn't do their job on their side.

for almost 3 months I have been waiting for feedback on my query. I trust this review will get me attention to my query
