POOR SERVICE

In 2024 October month we app**** for an I.D. card. I've phoned once a week this year and every time I follow up ther is a simple excuse. We need the I.D. because my daughter is in matrick and needs it to register and write the exams. They always say they will phone me back but this also does not happen.
