Poor service

After applying for a substation of debt (SOD)at FNB home loan on the 06 January 2015, I finally received feedback on the 02 February 2015 that my application was declined due to low credit scoring. I subsequently made a call to the FNB home loan department yesterday afternoon and I was informed that my application for SOD was declined due to lower scoring and FNB required a minimum scoring of 760/780 and was advised to get my own TransUnion report to check reason for low credit scoring.

Unless really I cannot read simple English, in the attached TransUnion report from today 03-02-2015 I have a credit scoring of 947 EXCELLENT which is on the highest range of credit scoring the maximum being 999.
o I have no judgements against me
o No accounts /payments outstanding longer than 30 days.

I would really appreciate a detailed explanation of how FNB works out their credit scoring and a detailed explanation of why my application was rejected as the trans union low credit scoring reason is frankly *******.
