POOR service

As my heading says<br> I am in the process of purchasing a place to stay , i have done my homework and was advised the entire process can take 4 months , well here i am going into month 5 and still without a home , needless to say i am getting married in 2 week's time , so my bride will probably also be homeless.<br> <br> I have signed my offer to purchase more than 3 months ago paid transfer fees, bond registration fees , signed the bond a month ago , last week i received an sms from FNB saying they have received my documents from the bond registration attorneys to give the go ahead for lodgement.<br> <br> last week Thursday i called in and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Derrick ***) who was of no help , only telling me that the person who is busy with my documents will be in on Tuesday , well here we are ITS TUESDAY!!!!!! I call in again and get told that my bond has been approved , I KNOW MY BOND WAS APPROVED, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE HOLD UP IS WITH HAVING THE BOND REGISTERED and when will the attornies be able to lodge ?<br>
