Poor service

Both my personal and business account is being terminated due to one transaction in 4 months that has been flagged for ***** which i find is extremely unfair and i do not even get a warning the bank, especially since i have provided evidence for the transaction. This is unacceptable because i am needing to pay rent amd make payments out of my account to keep my business running. On top of all of this, the relevant department/investigator do not respond to my email or even phone me about this matter and questions that I have. Overall i am not impressed with how i am being treated and dismissed by the bank.
