Last year I received a call from FNB that I must send my KYC docs so they may not freeze my business account . I went to the branch in EVANDER and submitted all my docs and the consultant who assisted me said my account wont be frozen to my supprise the past weekend I was at the branch in limpopo and wanted to withdraw money to pay some people I was told my account was BlOCKED . THEY NEED MY PROOF OF RESIDENCY I HAVE SENT ALL DOCS TO FNB SO HOW AM I GOING TO GET PROOF OF RESIDENCY WHEN IM CURRENTLY IN LIMPOPO AND WHY MUST I GIVE IT TO THEM IF I DID SEND ALL MY KYC DOCS TO THE EVANDER BRANCH AND I WAS TOLD THE ACCOUNT WONT BE FROZEN . IM DISSAPOINTED AT FNB NOW I LOOK LIKE A **** TO THE PEOPLE IM SUPPOSED TO PAY THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE IF THEY DONT FIX THIS IM TAKING IF FURTHER THAN THIS
