Poor service

Had a terrible experience whereby my money was not deposited into my account due to a faulty atm machine and when I asked for help the consultants response was" come back tomorrow "she showed no signs of empathy what so ever and didnt even bother in helping me or putting herself in my shoes and then further more makes me wait outside the bank,totally hate that kind of banking service amd I take fnb for the best banks,will definitely consider moving on to another bank with a smile on my face
