poor service

<p>FNB asked me to send them my kyc docs inorder for them not to block my business account. I did that I went to the secunda branch to send docs and they told me my account was fine a hold was removed.Yesterday i deposited huge ammount of money into that account and when i go to the branch they telling me my account is blocked . I need to pay this money to my workers now I look like a **** I really am DISSAPOINTED with FNB their service is EXTREMELY BAD .</p>
