Poor service

i lost my job Nov 2015 and could no longer afford paying my monthly instalments with FNB - prior that i was a loyal clean positive custormer/debtor of FNB with monthly payments done on time. I secured a temp job Oct 2016 and contacted FNB to assist me consolidate my debts becuase i wanted to start making payments. I even when to the branch and they advised that i contact FNB premier because my account was with them and they at the branch they can not see my account because its closed

I email FND Premeir as advised - A lady by the name Carol Sekgonetso rep**** to my request by giving me a number of debt collection attorneys that FNB has handed over my account to. She told me FNB can not be involved in assisting to set up payment arrangements. I made contact with the attorneys and they assigned an agent CC Agent234 who on 3 emails told be that if i want a statement of my debt i must contact FNB and she can not assist me to consolidate my debts because on her records she only has 1 account. I made it clear to the agent that my intent is serious and i acknowledge that i have 5 accounts i would like to consolidate and make 1 instalment to a total sum of what i owe.

I feel that FNB has provided me with poor service - here i am wanting to start clearing my debts however they not interested to assist me. They provided me with contact number of 1 agency when i clearly stated all 5 accounts that i need to pay. Carol was cold and unhelpful - even when i asked for contact person, the only thing she provided was just telephone number

Can someone at FNB assist me -

FNB method of answering their famous slogen " how can we help you?"

After a lodge a complain - FNB could not assist me in consolidating my accounts. they then opted to hand me over to 1 attorney firm - which has then charge me R 433.20 as a take on fee for collection and since then they have charged me over 1000 of collections fees just on 1 account - not forgetting i reported that i have 5 accounts.

They increase the debt that clearly has accumuated so high over 11 months of non payments however I am taking responsibility in ensuring i pay them back. god forbid i asked FNB for discount since i have proven to them - that i was not trying to run away from my responsibilities however due to being unemployed almost a year thats the reason i was not able to pay them. WHY THEN INCREASE MY DEBTS WITH ALL THESE CHARGES

As i now try make payment arrangement with the attorney firm only 4 of my accounts are with them - Where is the 5th account? ARE YOU GOING TO HAND ME OVER WHEN IT HAS ACCUMULATED MORE THAN AM ABLE TO PAY

FNB its not interested in helping us - they want us as clients and once we have challenges - they quick to ensure they bury us more into debt rather than HELP. Must i be under debt counselling in order to be assisted and my profile assessed fairly. WHERE IS THE HELP - FNB

UTTERLY ASHAMED AND APPLLED - I HAVE EVER BANKED WITH YOU
