Poor Service
This morning from 8 ive been trying to get hold of FNB , bought 2 R60 airtime couldnt get through , went to work with my work phone still no answer , remember am a private client banker and my bankers number is off . Am really dissappointed as ive not been helped even now .

28 Oct 2019, 12:09How hard is it to reach FNB today , how can a person wait 4 hours to reach a helping hand , i have been contacting FNB since 8 in the morning , a banker thats supposed to be helping me is not answering , i waited more than an hour abusing my company phone calling no one picked up , used my airtime still no help as i couldnt get through , Hayi its tough , the are thing i wanted to do but nothing is happening cause fnb is not answering .
