POOR SERVICE

I requested Amendments to be done on my Funeral cover on 2019-06-06 and sent the FICA documents on the same day. My FICA documents were only uploaded on 2019-06-06 and to this date no amendments has been done on my plan despite countless follow ups.

I’v been paying for the service that I dont want for 4 months, the debit order is still active.

I requested for my newborn to be added parents and partner to be removed.

I am very dissatisfied with the service and I need the money that has been debited to be refunded.
