Poor service

Bad experience with the chat agent by the name of “Thando” after several attempts to ask for my transactions that went twice in my account and he couldn’t explain why and send me a transaction which didn’t make sense to me. Very dissatisfied with the poor service provided, still have questions after been assisted with no answers????
