Poor service
I have deposited a cheque on Friday 18th and did a special clearance but still up to so far cheque is not cleared

24 Oct 2019, 18:45I am not really happy with the way I am being treated cause I had explained very clearly to the teller that I wanted a special clearance on my cheque,to my surprise up to now I am struggling to get my money ,I really don't understand why it's easy to deposit your money in the bank but it's difficult to get it
