Poor service

When you open an account or upgrade to a different account they don't explain anything about pricing of the account to you but you are billed for everything. I am paying monthly account fee, service fee and now a bundle account fee and they telling me it's for instant payments but nowhere on the pricing guide does it state anything about bundle fees it is very misleading and the are quick to take your money but cannot refund you for additional charges mxm and on top of that the agent assisting with the query was very rude and unprofessional
