poor service

On the 31/10/2016 went to buy some few items at the nearby checkers and withdraw money. While withdrawing some cash,i received a notification that R1000 has been successfully withdrawn ofwhich the lady working as a cashier said it had declined. She ran the transaction again. Another notification confirmed that R1000 was withdrawn. To fast forward my story, ive requested FNB to credit back my account. I was told by the consulted that all will be done in 5 days. Its now been 6 days and im the one calling them almost everyday and getting different excuses. Some of the consultants sound like they've got no clue as to whats happening. All that i want is my money back and calling upon them to close my account by the 30/11/2016 ill find another bank that won't inconvenience me like FNB did.
