poor service

I am a premium client and am not getting assistance when required from the call center and agents are always saying I should wait 24 hours for a result.

First time i called was on 13.03.2020 and its the 17.03.2020 - NO FEEDBACK OR EVEN A REASONABLE EXPLANATION
