poor service

<p>i went to FNB MALL OF THE SOUTH to deposit cash for our holiday bookings the ATM showed the transit was cancelled but i never got my money back they said they will call me but nothing has happened .today i went there to enquire whats going on cause they said they will call me ,they are giving me stories about the techinalities of the ATM my biggest fear is that ,that money its for reservation in Durban so am afraid if we loose this reservation will FNB compensate your money back ? CAUSE I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND 6 DAYS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THIS IS MADNESS SERIOUS .</p>
