Poor service

I am not getting joy in poor communication from my bank, I am waiting for two debit reversal which is a mission to happen and no one is really doing anything about it, I have also asked them for further correspondence on my investment but hell no , I’m getting ; we don’t value you attitude because no one is getting back to me
