poor service

talking to a consultant that has no comprehension of the discussion and avoids to answer questions, but to stick to the script that is provided to answer questions, is the most frustrating experience. please train your staff to listen, and answer the question posed, if the cannot train them to pass the phone to another consultant than at least can comprehend the discussion. utter frustration, and waste of time! then problem remains unsolved!
