Poor service

Good day ordered a device from fnb connect on the 14/12/2023 only received it on the 29/12/2023.i ordered this device which suppose to be a gift for my son for Christmas it showed it would be delivered before Christmas from ram couriers but it never happin .i had to make numerous calls to ram couriers and digital planet in order to get my order.Fnb connect would phone me and give me the exact excuse ram couriers gave me.This service is unacceptable.
