Poor service

I made a payment on the 5th of March which I disputed as I never received the service. Fnb are giving such poor service that I still don't have my money back. It's now 2 weeks after the payment was done and No money back in my account with reasonable explanations. The service is horrifying for a bank that suppose to care about clients. Shocking!
