Poor Service

We having Stokvel account and we used to get quarterly statement and now we no longer receive it, when I called in rectify the mistake and I was advise that it will be rectified its been six months now and it has not been done and when I call in I am being assisted by inexperienced consulted who keeps on dropping my calls.
