Poor Service

I have sent ewallet to 2 seperate people and both of them have been unable to draw the funds - They have requested the OTP several times - It still does not work with the new OTP . Also tried contacting via secure chat twice as I cannot hold on the line and that has been a disaster - Kept me waiting for more than half hour with no further response -
