Poor service

I am a private wealth client with FNB bank.

On 6 January 2025 my card was *****ulently used to purchase goods at Hirsches Fourways for R20000-00 A week later my card again was used to buy liquor for more than R10000-00 . This happened after I stopped my card after the incident on 6 /1/2025 On the ***** line asswell as in the York street branch of FNB in George. I provided the bank with details of the incident at Hirsches which was never followed up. After numerous calls and mails with my banker , FNB offers me a goodwill gesture of R9000-00 to a loss of R30000-00 I am with FNB for more than 15 years with savings,a bond , cheque account, credit card , vehicle finance. I am very disappointed in the way my loss was handled. Please assist me
