Poor service

I deposited money on the atm so the slip came out says unsuccessful I went inside explain 2 the teller I fill the forms that was on 15th of December was promised the money will reflect on recipient after 3 days so I came 2 my policy offeces I doesn't reflect went 2 bank now was told 2 come back tomorrow 2 get proof of payment request 2 c the manager 2 resolve was told he not here the money is showing on the system but I get my slip to proof at my insurance office. I'm told 2 come tomorrow I can't cause the policy will lapse
