Poor service

FNB now debits me on the wrong date on the wrong account after I requested my credit limit be reduced. Why? When did I agree for you to make those changes? I now have to pay extra fees due to your error.

After 5 phone calls later issue is still not resolved.

How hard is it to change a debit order?
