Poor service

I app**** for access to additional funds that I made towards my bond. I then submitted all required documents. Few days later when j was on holiday I got a message that there I need to submit my latest payslip. J had to cut my holiday short to attend to that.

Yesterday I called for status update an a lady by the name of Eva told me that all was in order and funds have been transferred to my banking account and should reflect today or tomorrow.

Today (5 April 2023) my wife got a call from FNB for verification. She told the caller that she should call me since she doesn't handle or deal with any account or finances at home. The lady then told her to go to the branch.

I called FNB, sitting with my wife to get clarity. Kutlwalo tries to assist us but couldn't. I asked for her supervisor and she told me that the supervisor knocked off early. I asked for second in charge, she told me that her name is Boitumelo Chuene and she is in a meeting and will knock off immediately after meeting.

The person who was assigned my matter is Molatelo Maake. I hand to call or email her from time to time for update and feedback.

Since FNB couldn't help me, I now have to go to loan shacks and pay interests while I have money with FNB.

NEVER TRUST FNB HOMELOANS. They don't take thier clients serious. All they care about is thier business and messing lives of thier clients.
