POOR SERVICE

I went to get my bank statement at FNB GREENACRES branch because I had forgotten my bank card at home. Upon arrival I was assisted by a rude greeter. When I told her the reason for my visit at the branch she said, "that's a first" and I ignored her. The lady that was standing with the greeter at the door shouted and asked "bazothini"/what do they want?"... After getting my ticket, I was then assigned to the consultant that was working at teller number 1. When I got there, the lady that was assisting me undermined me and she was so unprofessional and condescending such that I felt belittled. Furthermore, the consultant on the teller that was on teller 2 called her and they started gossiping by whispering to each other and after that they started laughing out loud , I got really frustrated and left feeling agitated that I even forgot my ID there.
