POOR SERVICE

I was at FNB bank on the 5th April i was in the queue for deposit and there was only one teller and we were more than twenty people in the queue we ask the manager to help us or add another teller. The lady was rude she told us that she is short staff and we must not come to the bank and make noise (we are hanahana on her) she said there is nothing she can do, she just left and i stood on the queue for more than 45 minutes. This nowadays especially in the banks ,service is number one and we need to respect pur customers to show that we value them but not in Rustenburg. The reason for giving us a bad treatment i am not sure but showed as if it is racial thing as majority were only black people.<br> I would apppreciate more if all customers can be treated equally and fair as this shows that it is not us only who have suffered such treatment but it is a continuosly situation happening from that Branch on the day to day.<br>
