Poor service

This is the most useless bank on earth . I’ve ordered my business card last week and was told it would be delivered Monday at work . I specifically told them that I finish work at 3 . Guess what I received a call after 4 that they are at my work place . Told them to reschedule for Tuesday . No card was received Tuesday because they said I called them same Tuesday to reschedule the delivery again , which is lies. Today was promised the card before 3 guess what again no card was delivered only received the below sms that says I have my card . (Takealot Delivery Team confirms delivery of your Business Cheque card which will be activated within 1-2 working days. Alternatively, activate via Online Banking, FNB App or dial ***. FNB a div of FRB Ltd) so I’m hopeless now . Will write to bank ombudsman about you guys cause u can’t claim that I have the card in my position without been authenticated
