POOR SERVICE

I currently have two personal loans with FNB, i am not happy at the moment, i have been paying on a loan but the amount is just not coming down, how the hell is that possible, when i app**** for the loan, the quote i received clearly, stated that this amount includes, interest fees, credit life insurance etc etc, and gave me the amount that wil be debit from my account, my debit order was 2212.00 but since i started paying the loan amount is not coming down, and every month i get billed a ridiculous interest, how the hell, when the initial amount i was given includes interest, for the past 4 month the loan amount only came down with 2000, this far, after, my other loan i paid off and yet you are charging me interest on the loan, please i have been baking all my life with FNB, and i regret it,
