Poor Service

I'm trying to switch bank from Capitec to FNB for a while now. I've been sequestrated in 2006 and waited the 10 years automatic rehabilitation period out. FNB picked up that I was sequestrated and required documents from my attorney which I've supp**** NOW 4 TIMES!! Each time a different excuse - 'that email is no longer in use', 'they can't find it' etc. The last time, on the 22nd May on instruction from the consultant (can't remember his name but his email is ********** I sent it to his personal mail and he promptly promised me that I'll have an answer in a week. Still nothing... If this is the kind of service I can expect from FNB then I wonder if it's worth it...

Issue still not sorted! I've had a few persons from FNB contact me but everyone just keep on passing the buck! I wish somebody will just take the issue and resolve the matter! Come on FNB, is this really the best you can do?
