Poor service

I am highly disappointed in the service of First National Bank. I opened an account online swiftly and waited a couple of days to receive the bank card. After receiving the card I was required to provide a copy of my ID and proof of address, still I comp**** with the request and had to wait 3 days before my account would be activated. I attempted to transfer funds from an external bank only to be unsuccessful as the account was placed on hold for quite some time as they deemed my proof of adress insufficient. A consultant called me to ask for another proof of adress of which I submitted my bank statement at a branch in west gate, upon arrival at the consultant I was told only my ID is required and not proof of adress. Even after being taken pillar to post I submitted documents timeously. After submitting documents I was under the impression that the hold will be lifted and I transferred funds into the account and it went through however when I wanted to make a purchase at a retailer my card declined. I gave it a day and it still declined but there were sufficient funds in the account, I then proceeded to a stand alone FNB ATM at a filling station to attempt to withdraw all my funds as this account has failed me but even that didn't work and the receipt stated that my account was frozen.

I am highly disappointed, I wanted to switch my salary to this bank but my first experiences with it were not ideal, how do I then trust them with my finances
