poor service

i am very disappointed with the service i just received from FNB.

i phoned FNB last month regarding a debit order that i did not approve on my app and when i ask them to reverse the debit order they told me its blocked its a mandate but i went to the branch and they assured me it was blocked to my surprised they debited again. i want all those debit order reversed as i did not approve the mandate i will also bring an affidavit to stop that debit order. i want my money back as i don't use their service and this is *****
